「Rooms are very quiet. Can’t hear noise from adjacent rooms. Has a adjustable shower head that provides a pleasant shower experience. Well-kept, clean property, very pleasant staff, they always seem to be evaluating and fixing anything that doesn’t work properly. Would definitely recommend as a budget friendly choice that is conveniently located to highways and shopping areas. 」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「Breakfast choices were good. No cookies upon arrival. We have stayed at Hamptons several times and cookies and fruit have always been available for guests. The room was clean. Beds were not as comfortable as some we have slept in before. Good location near the airport and not too far from South Portland. 」

「THANK GOD we were upgraded to another hotel (Home 2, which was very nice!) due to supposed mechanical issues I believe she said, but pulling up to it, my friend said no way was she going to stay here. It looked MUCH better online, you DO NOT want to stay here. We also thought they maybe had some type of housing going on here and not so much overnight travelers.
