「The bathroom shower design is not good. Water is easily spread out during shower, strongly suggest to improve this. The room is a bit still, but ok for 2 person. Other areas are ok.」

「Very clean and pleasant stay for a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and the overall image was excellent. The room was at decent size and the amenities were in very good condition.」

「Excellent location. Spacious, stunning view, clean and tidy. Good design for 2 bedroom. Perfect !!!」

「Brand new hotel with a nice ambience. However not a fan of open plan hotel room as in no door or wall for the bathroom. The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle each have a frosted glass door but that’s all. The “wardrobe” is open area hanging rack. The roof top pool is nice but woefully small area for the size of the hotel. Bar area on level 12 is really nice. Watermelon and goats cheese salad is excellent.」

「Good location, closed to Westfield shopping mall including two supermarkets. There are bus station nearby and take for 20 mins to reach the town, convenient.」

「The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.」

「Left belongings in the room and motel claim housekeeping never logged it. A stolen property report is being made to police. They also knocked on door at 2 mins past check out time which was just rude . We had two different check out times. Do not recommend will not be going back they are thieving grubs」
