We checked in late, it was a smooth and hassle free, we were surprised how quiet it was in our room, considering the noise coming from next door at the Hotel. Fair enough if we have to adapt to water saving measures but to have the heat adjusted so much so that no cold water is needed is a deal breaker for me.
