「整潔，價錢合理，有很多設施(我們沒有使用，不便評論)。 唯一是隔音較差，早上由7時起會比較難繼續入睡，因為附近房間出入聲音，房務員亦開始清潔。」

「We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom.」

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.」
