Beautiful facilities with plenty of space and activities for all ages. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the huge sparkling pools were a highlight, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A great variety of restaurants and bars, a large hotel room with a fresh, modern style, and a fun family atmosphere. Safe, clean, and a truly wonderful place to stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect! The restaurants there have a variety of amazing food. The staff are very helpful and the beds so comfy. We will always stay at Royal Pines now when we are in the Gold Coast. We highly recommend that you try it out!

Amazing resort, will be back again. Stayed in executive spa suite, breakfast in the executive lounge was great with hot breakfast options made to order included. Elevator was soo fast going up to 19th floor in seconds, and they have a leather chair thing in them you can sit on if you want to! Room service menu could have more range but apart from that everything was perfect. Travelled with 2yr old who had a great time in the pools and splash pad/ slides. Friendly staff who made our son feel welcome. We left his soft toy behind and have had fast communication with the hotel who are arranging postage :D

Second year in a row staying at this hotel, and once again we had a great experience. The facilities are outstanding—especially for families with young children—and the staff are consistently warm, accommodating, and kind. The food is also excellent. As it was peak season and the hotel was very full, there were a couple of minor housekeeping inconsistencies. On one day our room wasn’t serviced despite calling guest services to request the basics, complimentary water wasn’t replenished for a few days, and although the bed appeared made, the linen under the quilt hadn’t been straightened. This felt more like a capacity issue due to how busy the hotel was. These were very small things in our eyes and did not detract from what was otherwise a very positive stay. We would happily return.
