「Is ok not bad. Location very good and very convenient but just it’s a pity a room too smaller and near a window! N restaurant no more foods provided but lucky walking at street where so many different restaurants to choose!! Mostly hotel is very good location in London !! Future it’s can provide little but big room that’s very good !! 」

「房間空間狹小，有需求反應時候 工作人員 長長不在，整體性一般」

「Great location and the room is huge it’s not normal for hotels in London, strong recommdation 」

「1. No toothpaste & toothbrush supplements in guest room! Ask the receptionist, response is out of stocks (Need to bought in supermarket by myself) The next day check-out said to the receptionist, she said have stocks in hotel! 2. Room deposit £150 need to pay by card, but refund is a long time (5 days)!」

「Very small compared to photos. Things you expect not there (salt and pepper!!) or even a coffee machine. 」
