We found the lighting system a little strange also having one towel and one glass for two people there is no place to sit in the room. We did really like the breakfast room and breakfast.

Property was located near lots of shops and restaurants, but was a little further away from tube stations for anyone with a lot of bags, the room itself was fine, although it didn’t have any windows, which I didn’t know about when I booked.

I booked a room for two nights as the photos of the hotel looked decent on the website. However, we realised that it was quite a budget hotel and was not up to our standards, so we decided to cancel our stay and move in to another hotel. The night manager was kind enough to allow a refund for the second night, and all we had to do was to inform Expedia to get the refund. However, after repeated attempts on contacting the hotel by Expedia, our refund has not been honored. Terrible customer service!
