Amazing Location, Friendly Staff, Well planned and organized facility. I stayed in a single room as a solo traveler. Yes it was a tiny room at 8th floor with a beautiful night view, the bed was very comfortable , a TV was placed perfectly would be nice to have a mini fridge. But there were a glass water bottle, a kettle and all kind of coffees , teas , milks for free of a charge. Overall I had a great experience.

Fantastic front of house team, checkin was smooth and easy, room was a bit on the small size but it was clean and well presented which is great to see. Only con - The air con is very weak and room is stuffy and hot, but borrowed a fan which did the job, so thank you for your help.

Fast and easy check in. Small, but clean and surprisingly quiet in my room, despite outside street noise. I was late getting in the night I stayed, due to a concert, but I was still able to get something to eat from the cafe at gone midnight, which was great! Staff were friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay again!

The location of the hotel was great, rooms are extremely small but we knew that. Staff on reception are great but the room felt dusty and missing body wash in the shower. The reason for marking down is because of this and when we raised it to the made and even asked for towels on the second day she told us no until we pushed that we wanted clean towels daily. She seemed very off and blunt but apart from the niggles fab location and reception extremely polite.
