「The front desk personnel were rude and did not care about the customer. There should be instructions on how to operate the TV. Finally I have given a good rating because for the price it was 2 bedroom and 2 bath and in a good location for access to downtown activities. Finally the beds fit in the rooms but are very small for two people.」

「I was on the 15th floor, the furniture and fixtures were a bit beat up and the knob in the shower fell off. Other than that, great hotel, walkable distance to Broadway or $10 Uber ride.」

「Wonderful, helpful staff! Valet, Brady and Graham, did an OUTSTANDING job helping us not only get car parked, but carrying luggage to and from room when there were no luggage carts available. Our room's AC was not as cool as it should've been. I called front desk and they sent maintenance up right away. They said they "reset" the unit and even brought us a fan to help cool off quicker.」

「Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in downtown Nashville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. What really made the experience stand out was the view. Seeing the Nashville skyline from the hotel was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the city lights were shining. The view alone made the stay feel special and was the perfect finishing touch to an already great experience. I would definitely stay here...
