「Great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, and a comfortable atmosphere. Everything went smoothly, and I would stay here again.」

「We syaed 8 nights snd not once did anyone come in to empty the trash. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying and had to request additional towels every other day. The breakfast was poor with soggy eggs, skimpy bacon and small muffins. The reading lamp on one side of the bed was broken and the other side was not working. There was only 1 working usb port and none located by the desk. Exteremely overpriced.」

「I liked the good nights rest and the coffee! Dining area waa very nice ! I didnt like it that no one would show us how to use the plug in for our hybrid vehicle it was so hot outside we just stand there to figure it out so maybe the heat was why they didnt want to help?」

「Hotel was overly terrible. I had accidentally booked a day earlier before my arrival so I had to pay for an extra night. While getting situated there was plenty of things wrong with with the hotel there was a sign on the pool entrance door saying how the pool wasn’t cleaned and was closed by the state. Then we get to the room first thing we noticed was a bug crawling by the toilet in the restroom and then also noticed hair and just dirt all in the bath tub. After leaving and then returning back...

「Mold in the shower! There wasnt any bath soap. I couldn't reach anyone for the front desk. Air-conditioning was set at 64 degrees We aren't Polar Bears. Give me a break I cant recommend this place!!!」

「As soon as we walked into the lobby, the place stunk horribly bad. There was only a shower and not bath tub in the room. I had booked two rooms which one room had two adults and one child and the other room had one adult and two children. They didn’t put us on the same floor. We were on different floors. The floors were sticky if you walked barefoot. It was just really gross. I asked the front check-in guy how far the airport was from our facility and he didn’t know. It was not a good experience...

「I have to say the staff was amazing! Especially Shannon! She went above and beyond once we realized we booked our hotel in the wrong state. 50 miles from where we needed to be. We adored her and she helped us so much! The only thing I think needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms and the staircase etc. but other than that the ladies upfront were so helpful and top notch!」
