「This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience 」

Staff were inconsistent - some very helpful, others... The pool and the view from the pool - amazing!!! The beach was not. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「Everything was very, very clean, which is important. Otherwise it was like staying at a place in the 90s. The mattress was awful and they try to mask that by putting egg crate foam underneath. Pillows were lumpy and thin, old blankets. TV/Internet did not work the entire stay. I messaged the host about this and never heard anything back. Breakfast was like going to a hotel, nothing special and was in a separate building that was difficult to find. This place has potential but need to invest a...
