「I lived in this hotel on Jan 13th. Six days has passed. I haven’t received my deposit that is 60 dollars. Please help me check about it. And refund my deposit. 」

「Good breakfast with a variety of items offered. Friendly, efficient desk staff. Clean, odor-free rooms that are spacious, good beds. In-room chair could be better. Plentiful parking. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to & from the airport.」

「The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.」

We didn't get the promised text after check-in when our room was available, so we waiteduntil 3 even though it was ready early. The welcome drink was only an alchohol version, would have loved an NA version. The staff could have been friendlier.」

「I stayed 3 nights but the second day our room was not cleaned or serviced. I found the room in that condition around 5:00 pm when I returned to my room. I talked to the representative at the front desk and she did arrange for the room to be cleaned and serviced. I am really disappointed that this type of poor service occurred. I have stayed at this Embassy suites multiple-days in the past.」

「Parking was an adventure and there didn’t even seem to be any dedicated spots for residents/renters with the summer traffic it was hard to find a spot to park. 」

「We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We loved our stay at the Harborview Inn. We were there for Mother’s Day weekend. The staff was great, having breakfast included was a big plus, and the room was large, clean and had amazing water views. It was close to everything. Just walk out side and you have waterviews and cvs walk to the batter, rainbow row, city market and King st..etc.. We walked to all of our destinations, the entire weekend. We have an electric car, they had a charger so we didn't have to stop on the way to...
