「This location was ideal for sight seeing and shopping and great food nearby. The hotel it’s across the street from the Visitor Center and bid station - and the buses are free! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. It was the best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. 」

They have a new manager who is super nice! This particular visit we had a family emergency. She was so accommodating and nice.. We always enjoy our stay here. 」

「Friendly staff, especially Caleb, the valet. Beautiful room, albeit with noisy HVAC. Lackluster breakfast with eggs so hardboiled you could play tennis with them. But the pool is fabulous as are other amenities and staff. 」

「The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely. HOWEVER, as in so many hotels, the lighting is more decorative than functional. The closets are the size of a postage stamp and the bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in. It is an old, historic hotel, and it’s possible that city codes prevent modernization. There are many other hotels in that location where you would probably get more bang for your buck. 」

Our hotel room was exceptionally clean and fresh, which made our stay even more relaxing.
