「Beautiful resort 」

「The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. 」

「When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. 」

「Super clean rooms, fantastic and responsive staff, beautiful pool and fountain, tropical paradise complete with sea turtle, bunnies, parrots, cats and a dog!! Comfortable beds! Room cleaned upon request. Stayed 2 weeks and they even did our laundry 2x! 20 years of excellence」

「The entire team at West End Dive Resort and Splash Inn & dive shop were kind, courteous and pleasant. Access to the pool after a great day of diving was a lovely way to relax. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and a quiet environment. Will be back again. 」

「My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.」

「My stay at the Oceanview Hotel was great, but what truly sets it apart is the owner, Edgar, and his wonderful family. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We struck up a conversation over lunch at the hotel restaurant—where the food was excellent—and ended up talking about sports. When Edgar learned that I play pickleball at home, he invited me to join his family that evening for a game. I was in town on business to visit a cruise ship, and Edgar even went out of his way to drive me to...

「Everything was great. Was treated with a refreshing cocktail and smiles. Room was clean and bed comfortable. They arrange airport transport. The hotel is smack in the middle of the west end. Breakfast was great. Price was affordable. 2nd time staying here will be back again」

「We had an amazing stay at Ibagary. Attended an out of this word friends’ wedding there and spend a few days relaxing at the hotel after the wedding. The beach front location is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this location for a wedding as well as a relaxing beach vacation. 」
