My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary! When I say this place is a gem! I highly suggest. The rooms are kept really clean daily, the food is good and it’s plenty other food options close! The beach is spectacular! The staff is top tier! Everything you need you can get, this place is no short of amazing! Don’t hesitate to go to this place, it’s a must without a doubt! We will be back for sure!

We loved the Arca, it was beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the beginning, we had scheduled a shuttle from the airport which was waiting with cold water and beer! We were welcomed by the receptionist Anna and a beautiful young lady who with long brown/black braids and the best smile! She even fixed my phone for me! 😆..the only downside for us was the menu there was a bit limited and drinks at the bar expensive. But many alternatives nearby. The bartenders and wait staff were all amazing helping us at every turn to plan our day etc! Highly recommend!

Excellent place for couples or people that want to stay away from the crowds and kids. Never have to worry about beach chair availability. Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay.

We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well designed.
