We were upgrade to an Owners Suite, but it didn’t have an ocean view, but the extra amenities were worth it. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was gorgeous. Staff were top notch. Lounge chair views were obstructed by beach vendors on one end, but we always seemed to get a lounger with unobstructed view. Afternoon snacks and Champagne were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this place. Everything was a 10/10 and the staff made it so enjoyable. Fernando, Nash, George the security guard and so many other staff members contributed to making our stay fun and peaceful. Favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Quiet and shaded when needed compared to a lot of the other nearby places.. and busy and hustling during prime time in all the good ways. They have certain times and areas open to the outside public who aren’t staying there, but they prioritized their guests above all. They also all work crazy hours too, but never once seemed to complain or be inconvenienced by guests or requests. Everyone was so respectful and kind. We also enjoyed watching the staff’s camaraderie with each other. We were blessed to find this place! Thank you ARCA! - John and Christina Burmeister.

ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!

Arca Roatàn was the most beautiful hotel that we have stayed at. We loved the intimate feel of the place. The staff were so friendly and greeted us by name or room number. They were helpful in booking local taxes, airport transfers and so much more. The beach location is gorgeous! We were steps away from the ocean with any room but ours was right at the front! So awesome!!! We would return to Arca Roatàn for sure!!! Until next time....

Beautiful hotel in a great location with ocean views. The property was spotless and had a really relaxing atmosphere. PROS: We had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The property itself is stunning, and the facilities are equally impressive. The location is excellent, and the landscape is serene and almost divine—it truly feels like a hidden paradise. CONS: Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the level of the property. The meals were subpar—calling them that is generous, especially considering the prices. The wait time for food was also difficult to understand given the relatively low number of guests in the restaurant. For example, breakfast for two—just eggs, coffee, and juice—came to $65 before tip, which feels excessive by any standard. We live year-round in a resort island community in the United States, so we have a fair basis for comparison. It’s also worth noting that in Roatán, tips and taxes are generally not included in menu prices, so be prepared for that. At dinner, we paid $159 for one main course, one salad, and two drinks. After a 45-minute wait, the salad arrived without dressing. My wife was so hungry she ate it anyway. After that experience, we began exploring other restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend Azure, which offers true fine dining and is well worth the 45-minute drive from Arca. This property has all the potential to become a five-star resort—it simply needs the food and service to rise to the same level as the setting.

The beach was nice. The staff was friendly. Food was reasonably priced. We stated an ocean front room on the first floor. It was small, but all we needed. It was short steps from the ocean. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Arca was a perfect stay! The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful the second we arrived. The property was well kept, and our room was clean and comfortable. The views are exceptional even from our room which was a "partial sea view". We had a flight delay issue and had to extend our stay, and the hotel was very accommodating. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and would absolutely stay there again!

Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Overall this is one of our all-time favorite hotels, and we recommend it without reservation.

We had an absolute amazing experince at Arca. The service was phenomenal. We loved everyine we met who worked there. Lots of special touches from welcome drinks to fresh water, coffee bar etc. The food, drinks and sunsets there are amazing!

Wonderful property! Right on the beach so you're just steps from the water and activities that Roatan has to offer, but Arca was a calm oasis when you needed a place to relax. On our vacation we met several people who were staying at various hotels across the island and all of them said they wish they had booked a room at the Arca.
