Booked because of free shuttle for airport/ferry. No driver at ferry when I got there, called the property, a driver was there about 10 minutes later. Could have been hung up with traffic but there was no communication as to why he wasn’t there. Room wasn’t ready until 3:10, no shower pressure, patio ...

Beautiful property. Everything was immaculate. The pillows were super comfy. The staff was very helpful and kind. They even checked us in early. The restaurant was delicious. Definitely a 5 star experience.
