"We had an excellent stay here, the property is gorgeous and very well kept. The room was very large and comfortable and the food at the restaurant including free breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 2-3 min walk to the lovely west bay beach but tucked away and quiet. Would definitely recommmend! "

"Watercolors in Roatán is a beautiful property surrounded by lush trees and with a lovely beach. The pool is huge and includes a hot tub that faces the ocean — truly stunning. Our condo was brand new, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and luxury finishes. The location is perfect, right between West End and West Bay. However, no one informed us that the property was still under construction. There were workers and construction noise nearby while we were trying to relax, which took away from the experience. Parking was also inconvenient — you have to leave your car on a dirt road and walk quite a distance to reach your condo. I believe once the entire project is finished, Watercolors will be an amazing place to stay. For now, it’s beautiful but not yet ready for a completely relaxing vacation."

"This is wonderful for what it is, a rustic beach stay. Pros: The location is amazing. The staff were amazing! Loved to secluded feel and enjoyed the hammocks and watching the humming birds. Walk to everything in just a few minutes. What it is not: This is not a resort with luxury linens and a polished feel. Think of your great uncles old and comfy summer cabin, the sink maybe chipped, there’s no tvs and it’s just basic accommodations. With all that we loved it! My teen boys said they would stay there over a posh resort any day and I agree. "
