「Customer service is the worst」

「This resort is on a beautiful beach. The shuttle service from the airport was chaotic. Check in was ok. The attendant checking us in was checking in another couple at the same time. Thorough explanation about the resort. Frank was very friendly and carried our bags to an upper level villa. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. 「If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.」

「Our stay at La Placita was perfect. Staff were so kind and they all felt like family by the time our stay was over. Kemberly and Michael at the front desk are the best! Breakfast was made to order and always very good. Edward was our waiter most mornings for breakfast and he was fantastic! Our room and beds were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay at La Placita the next time we come back to Roatan!」
