「Excellent 」

「Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available-...

「This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money.」

「EVERYTHING was very clean, including the rooms, pool decks, pool chairs, beach chairs, dining tables, etc. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean! All staff was kind, helpful, and fun! Drinks from the bar were also delicious and all completely included the price (no drink maximum/limit). 」

「Pretty great stay. Rooms are a little outdated but nobody spent much time in them. The hotel is very clean and the staff was exceptional; especially Demaris in the Buffet and the Macao restaurant. The beach is beautiful. The food was good. Would stay again!」

「We were only there for 2 nights but had a great stay in a Sea View Suite which is a standalone bungalow barely second row back and 3 seconds from the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, bedding was top notch. We even spotted a monkey lala lizard outside, he looked like a little dinosaur. Highly recommend this property, and the restaurant is fantastic.」

「Staff was exceptional. Lovely snorkeling right off the beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The property and the rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were well appointed. Airport shuttle was $55. 」

「We were immediately met at the airport by their shuttle. The room was spacious, very clean with great air conditioning, microwave, fridge and small wall mounted tv. Bed was comfortable but only had a top sheet - we tried unsuccessfully to get a blanket or comforter as shown in pictures. The pool water was 'greenish" not suitable for swimming. Dining room was permanently closed. We had to walk down a very steep hill to try and find a restaurant without success - ended up reluctantly buying street...

「We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the experience. The lodging is terrific and diving, jet skiing, snorkeling and sailing are right there on the beach. The restaurant and bar (which also serves food) have good food and drinks. However, it often felt as though they were understaffed and running a bit frantic. It wasn’t uncommon to see the wait staff talking when guests were waiting to order or get food. The two restaurants are the main eateries at the resort and there are no restaurants...
