This hotel is a true gem and the staff make it so! Everyone from the receptionist, restaurant staff and security are friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was tasty and the location can’t be beat. I have nothing negative to say about this place and look forward to returning.

The Placita Inn is a gem! It is very clean and comfortable. What makes it amazing is the staff. Everyone, starting with the ladies at the front desk - Jasmine and Kimberly- the manager, the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. They were always helpful and friendly and treated us like family. We will definitely go back!

First time visiting Roatan and I could not have been happier with the hotel selection. They provide you with everything you need. Any questions or things you need they help out with. Someone was always at the desk and welcoming. They also assisted a lot with making arrangements for activities and outings. Beach access was super easy and a quick walk, pool access even easier. Daily breakfast included was always great. If I were to come back to Roatan this is a hotel I would try and book a room into again.

I had a great experience here. Jasmine and Kimberly provided excellent customer service and really helpful recommendations. They were friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. Maritza did a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and fresh — everything felt tidy and well taken care of. Overall, a very positive stay
