「If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

「This place is a gem. Booked for a layover day and would definitely consider going back. Convenient location great services. Amazing access to good wading on a good sized flat with bonefish. Looked like great dive shop.」

「Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing」

「When I arrived, there was no one at the hotel. My cab driver drove me around for 10 minutes and came back to the property and finally someone came out of a restaurant. The pool was green and not enjoyable , the reason I booked hotel! I have pictures. There was no bottled water to brush your teeth and the amenities they offered for hygiene.. two used bars of soap, which I have pictures of Stay else where and pay the cab fair to airport save your money.」

「This was such a peaceful place to call home during our visit to Roatan. Just a short car ride away from the busier west end/west bay area where we would visit for activities or dining. The Blue Bahia felt extremely safe and everyone was very welcoming. The kids loved the darts, ping pong, and cornhole. Plus they have kayaks to use and the food at the beach grill was some of the best we had all week. highly recommend staying here! So charming and fun. 」
