The entire experience was amazing! Owners and staff so friendly and helpful. Loved it when we tried to speak a little Spanish to them and would help us when we didn’t get it right. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. A short walk to the beach with tons of restaurants and a few shops. Wonderful experience! Go visit!
Luther will be your best friend….all 6’9” of him.

We had such a great stay with Naboo Resort and hope to return in the future! It was our first time visiting Roatan and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The property and rooms were clean, and the onsite food was wonderful. Pool was clean and relaxing when the beach was unavailable due to weather clean up. The staff were excellent - all of the front desk team were helpful, remembered our names and were quick to respond with any requests. The restaurant team (Omar, Marvin, Iris + more!) were always attentive and helpful. Onsite breakfast buffet was different everyday but always a good start to the day. We also did a wonderful day trip through Naboo and would recommend our driver/guide, Luther. He was attentive all day and made sure we were able to see the stops we wanted to see. Overall would recommend. We are not scuba divers but the attached dive shop / dive excursions would be a great perk for anyone interested. The rooms on the upper floors do have fairly steep stairs, so keep this in mind if you have any issues with stairs. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away, but very easy to get to. Once the road construction is wrapped up it will be even easier/faster. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was exceptional! I can’t just pick one. The owners are incredible people, staff amazing polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Always smelled fresh and clean. Ac works as it should, bathrooms updated with very spacious showers. The grounds are very zen like and the pool area is a nice quiet area for relaxing by the clean pool. Last but not least the food!!!! Wow out of this world. Will definitely be back.

I had a great stay at Naboo! Great staff, relaxed atmosphere, cozy place, delicious breakfast! My room was spotless! Staff was very kind and accommodating. I love proximity to dive shop and beach making it very easy to relax, dive and enjoy my vacation. Food was okay. Water in the room was always cold and fresh. Front desk staff was amazing and made my stay very pleasant.

Avoid. Please read. On the positive, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive. However the quality of the furnishings generally are more suitable for a backpacker environment than a higg end luxury retreat. Expect to be uncomfortable if you don't like hard heavy hand made seats and beds. I could not sleep and when I asked for a remedy, tbey were not prepared to resolve the issue for me immediately, instead suggesting to me it woild be dealt with innthe morning. This despite that I explained clearly that my back was very sore and the issue with the bed needed resolving that evening. Ultimately I checked out early and stayed elsewhere. I addressed all of this with management and their attitude was quite cheeky. No compensation was offered of any kind. I explained that I would likely write a poor review and they did not seem to care. They basically told me to go ahead and do that, rather than offer me some kind of reasonable compensation. So that speaks to their lack of empathy towaards their customers. They are happy to take your money but they don't care about you as a person is the impression I am left with. My advice. Don't stay here. There are many other better options. I enjoyed my stay at infinity even though it was a few dollars more. Go there instead.
