The staff and location is unmatched! We did stay during the independence day and carnival celebrations so the noise level was a bit much, but no worries. We love the ease of the space on the west end. Rafael and Satiago are wonderful, Jackson on the coffee shop is a gem... see everyone in 2027!

Mr Tucan is in a prime location; right across from the beautiful beach plus restaurants, shops, tours and activities, grocery stores, etc. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Finally, the breakfasts in the café are delicious, healthy, and wait staff is lovely.

This is the second time I've stayed at Mr. Tucan and it has been amazing both times. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. You can walk across the street and go swimming or snorkeling at any time. Breakfast is included and they have great smoothies and coffee. Will definitely stay again!

The staff was excellent at the hotel. They reached out to us ahead of time to arrange a ride from the airport to the hotel, note that was an extra cost. We had multiple delays getting out of Miami they still had a ride waiting. At the hotel they quickly checked us in and got us settled into our room. One thing to note is that although the staff in the office speak English, not all the staff on premises do. It was a great stay, and we will happily return to Mr. Tucan!
