This was the perfect place for us, only a two minute walk on the beach to Roatan Divers, our favorite dive center in Roatan. The staff at Mr. Tucan were wonderful. They were all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed getting to know some of them. Our room was just right for us with a nice view of the ocean. We are thankful for the housekeepers who did such a great job while we were there. We also ate a lot at the cafe and enjoyed the breakfasts and lunches. We really appreciated the free beach towel and chair use, and the bottled water! It was quiet at night and the beds and pillows were comfortable, which is a big deal for me. Next time we visit West End, we will definitely return to Mr. Tucan.

Nice little pearl in Roatan
Great little hotel, right on the Beach front Good rooms friendly personal always happy to help. Stayed there on a dive vacation and all dive shops are within 5 min walk.

First time going to Roatan and heard great things about Mr. Tucan hotel. The hotel is on the west end and it’s near a lot of very good restaurants/bars and about a 10 minute drive to west bay. The beach is literally right across the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. I told them my shower was leaking and that I didn’t have shower curtains, they fixed it in a short amount of time and also let me check out at 1 with no extra charge. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in roatan.
