「Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing」

「If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

「Puerta Azul was magical, calm, and restful. But the best quality by far were the wonderful people who run the place. I highly recommend for anyone looking to really experience island life and get away from the hustle and bustle of things. 」

「We stayed Six days. Staff was exceptionally nice. Location was perfect. Food was plentiful but a little bland. We enjoyed the two nights with restaurant service instead of buffet. The location is hard to beat the people are very nice, clean comfortable accommodations. The pool and ocean water are wonderful. We loved our vacation.」

「This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again.」

「The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. My issue is the place has cameras everywhere, boss was there and he refused to actually check the cameras to see if anything happened. He knew I was...

「If I could submit a 10 star rating, I would. Arca is beautiful. The beach is the best in the area. The staff are extremely attentive and generous. The food is excellent.」

「Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!」
