「It's a beautiful property, and we really love staying there, it just needs a little more Love from the Owner: The Pool area needs daily cleaning. We would appreciate for rooms to be cleaned daily, because if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it just wasn't done. Linens and towels definitely need an upgrade. 「My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. 「The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon.」

「The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee.」
