「Outstanding service, everyone was exceptionally attentive making sure we were satisfied. Quiet and very short walk to the beach. Breakfast was yummy and fresh everyday either a little twist. Ambiance was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again Cooler was provided to take it to the beach, umbrellas during rainy days and beach towels for a $10 deposit which was returned on the last day.」

「A beautiful resort with amazing amenities, a beautiful beach front, high end finishes and great service. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were wonderful. All restaurants were good. We had a great dinner at Alera, with great appetites appetisers, cocktails and premium steaks. The spa was also very beautiful and had great treatments and massages, however the prices for the Spa are a bit steep, considering you already a guest at the hotel, I think they should offer better prices....

「Pros— The location was excellent!! 10/10 The pools are beautiful & you can walk right out to the beach & snorkel. The lawn chairs are comfortable with big umbrellas for people who want shade. The housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff were so kind. Please bring money to tip them- they deserve it! Breakfast has a lot of wonderful options - we were pleasantly surprised. Our specific room (these vary) was large with a great balcony. Cons— The elevator broke several times, which was okay...

「No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel. En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable. El restaurante puede mejorar mucho. El personal, muy amable. 」

「This place is a quiet little gem in West End. Lovely pools and grounds. Clean nice rooms and ammenities. I really enjoy staying here and I stay here often.」

「The only thing I liked about this place was that it was affordable, and I liked the outside appearance. The room was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. The linens were in poor condition. Housekeeping didn't empty the bathroom trash or clean the room every day. They should also fix the front gate. Overall, the property needs better cleanliness and maintenance.」
