「Rooms were nice, and very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. Restaurant service could be more prompt, and directions could be clearer, but overall, a great and convenient place to stay right by the airport.」

「There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. The room itself is clean. There was also some guy sleeping in the construction area/hallway which scared me as I was the only one on this floor and I heard movement in the night and saw him. The security talked to him but I’m not sure if he just lives there in the hallway? Didn’t feel safe as a solo woman....

「They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!」

The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá...

「The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee.」

「I've stayed there 3 times and would do so again. The staff is fantastic, especially the manager. The pool is nice, the food is good and so are the drinks. It may be off the main strip but makes up for it in value.」

「What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! 」
