It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway.

Although the hotel is showing some age, the staff and the surrounding natural beauty are nothing short of fabulous. The rooms/cabanas are neat and clean, the dining and bar area is great and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return and have recommended this property to everyone.

Very quiet, out of the way place to relax by the beach or pool. Plenty of places to sit. It’s about a hour away from West End, the main tourist area. Food was ok. We were there for a week and so it got little monotonous but overall it was a good place to stay.

Hotel is dated but definitely clean, and well kept. Staff is helpful and provided good customer service. The beach needs to be cleaned, too much seaweed and many rocks, no able to enjoy it. The good options are limited and lacking flavor, the beverage choice is lacking as well. Hotel is located a bit remotely and leaving the facilities will cost you a fortune.

EVERYTHING was very clean, including the rooms, pool decks, pool chairs, beach chairs, dining tables, etc. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean! All staff was kind, helpful, and fun! Drinks from the bar were also delicious and all completely included the price (no drink maximum/limit).

The room was cleaned daily and restocked with fresh bottled water. There were a few stand-out servers: Gektor and Andy specifically. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, from the security staff to the entertainment staff to the hotel staff. We were welcomed as if we had come “home”.

For an all inclusive hotel it has a lot to be desired The check in was fast but not coordinated, the food was not good at all and the bartender couldn’t get a drink right it’s a hotel that is trying to be all inclusive but is not there, also the facilities needed upgrades

The staff were absolutely delightful, they were attentive, nice and helpful. The hotel and property was nice, the cabins were cute and clean. The bar was also pretty good they had a variety of drinks. The pool was nice and it wasn’t very deep. The hotel had pretty amazing views as well, although the beach area was pretty small. The location of the hotel itself is 1 hour away from where everything is happening. We ended up renting a car as it cost $50 USD from the airport to the hotel. They don’t have a shuttle bus. Here’s my BIGGEST issue with this hotel: The food. You could tell that they don’t have a proper chef or cook. The food I give it 1 star. They had a black garbage bag to keep the tortillas “warm”. The food was the same every single day, I mean they changed it up honestly it all rated the same after a while and some stuff I wouldn’t touch. The food was always cold or at room temperature. If they can get a proper chef, I would give it a better rating but for now 2 stars. Honduran food is frigging amazing and these guys did not show that at all. Very disappointing.
