"Nice staff"

"My stay wasn't quite what I expected. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I thought it could have been. Upon entry to the room, the smell wasn't fresh. The halls wreaked of a pungent odor. They appeared to be at full capacity so I didn't go back to the front desk. I Typically stay at this location for the cleanliness. Not sure if it made a difference but that 4th floor was not the best."

"Rooms need to be updated. I walked in to broken blinds on the windows, spiders crawling around the window, an off balanced toilet, and just an overall outdated room. Walk through the hallways there’s no molding around the baseboards. And the pool wasn’t opened my whole stay. That’s what I paid for. The place just looks like the 70s. The staff (Brandy) was SUPER nice super helpful."
