All of the staff were friendly: front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast prep. They were able to accommodate early arrival and my room preferences. The room, including bathroom, furniture and bedding all clean and fresh. The breakfast had a good selection. The waffles were delicious but the coffee was weak. The parking lot was well lit for safety. Great location near highway, but was not too noisy.

Excellent Pre-Cruise Stay

This hotel was on our route to the cruise port in Jacksonville. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. I would stay here, again.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a higher rating. A star was given for location and Samantha’s amazing attitude and friendly personality, she truly made the stay shine. But aside from that, the room was smoke free and reeked of smoke. The bathrooms are very outdated and that is fine but cleanliness lacked a lot. Mold in the shower and tub, stains throughout the room: curtains, bed itself, carpet is in need of replacement or a deep cleaning. I would say for the price it was understandable, but I have stayed elsewhere in the city for less and much more cleanliness. The breakfast provided was also extremely underwhelming, we had the Sunday breakfast of biscuits with gravy. Biscuits were hard and gravy was slimy. Waffles tasted very old. Overall would not stay here again unless it’s absolutely my last option. Special thank you to Samantha again for the friendliness.

Great Staff! Improvement needed in Rooms

The staff was excellent, friendly, professional and caring. But the rooms carpet was old and looked dirty. Also the mattresses were bouncy and soft in the middle. Also the rooms pest control as we found roaches a drawer.
