He greeted us warmly, shared all sorts of ideas for our visit to Rome, was accessible, and genuinely made us feel welcome! He even presented us with a bottle of wine! The room was so clean, so nice. One minor challenge was that the key to the front gate was a little tricky to use at first, but it quickly became manageable.
