It was quiet and away from the crowds but easy to access by walking, bus or taxi. Parking waa not onsite but was easily accessible.

The staff at this hotel were tremendous. While the rooms were quite small the staff made up for it by their helpful and timely service. The front desk staff were exceptional as well as the attendant at the breakfast bar.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and it wasn’t a far walk to the metro. The only things of concern really was that our hot tub had a panel missing and was leaking. Also the stairs coming down from the bedroom to the sitting area didn’t have a safety handrail. It’s only a real concern because the stairs are polished wood which can be really slippery. It also had a glass wall right next to it.

Bensyl is the best buffet breakfast lady at Cinemusic Hotel together with her assistant. Both are very welcoming! The reception staff is also very welcoming and accommodating.

Amazing

Amazing hotel if you like to be a little way from the hustle and bustle. Staff super helpful and have the time and interest in helping you find not only great places to eat, but to show and help you plan your days out in this busy city. Staff amazing, room with a patio amazing. If I'm in Rome again then here is where I will stay. Thank you for making my wife and I stay in Rome great

The folks were really good to us and helped us a lot. The room was clean and kept up. Breakfast was efficient and pretty good. The only thing we missed was the hot tub. We were expecting it to be open to southe our feet, but is was closed for the season. I did not se this while I was booking. It was nice to have a location out of Rome Central where we could relax on rest days. The restaurant next door was recommended but not affiliated. We had several very nice dinners. The servers and owner made us feel at home.

Lovely staff but tired hotel

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, but the hotel is very tired. We kindly got upgraded to a suite and the bathroom door was a sliding one that barely shut which was a limitation on privacy and comfort naturally. The TV (which was off) also had some light flashing which made it hard to sleep. The hotel would benefit from some modernisation and upgrade, such a fully closed bathroom door. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians also.

Nice property with a music theme decor. Located in a very quiet residential area. Too far from the heart of Rome for me personally to walk. There was a subway metro stop nearby but unused taxis as the metro is gross in Rome. Staff was very friendly. Loved the little rooftop hot tub which was cool water and refreshing in the hot weather at the end of a day exploring. Breakfast was pretty decent for Italy.

We had the suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The Wi-Fi barely worked at all which was a little frustrating since we traveled from America and didn’t have cell service, but it was fine. The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare extra money for Ubers and taxis because they are not cheap. But there are a lot of restarting in the area and a nice grocery store near by! However no microwave in the room.

The location was not close to a lot of restaurants but easy access to metro and bus! The room was smaller than we expected. On the Expedia listing it said 237 sq ft but if it was 190 sq fr that would be a stretch. Also there is not “Onsite” self parking which was also stated in the Expedia listing which was disappointing but thankful there is a place to load and unload and a quick 5 minute walk back from the public parking garage! We were extremely with the front desk daytime staff he was so very helpful and kind!
