The parking for the hotel needs some attention. One evening it was difficult to find parking and I noticed few vehicles had the paper provided at check-in on their dashboard as required. 「The first room we were given the door had a problem locking and the front desk staff checked it and then promptly moved us to another room. No fuss, no hassle. Just took care of their guests! 」

「My family and I stayed in the Suite, that consisted of 2 queen beds and a double pull-out. It was pretty good. There were two exceptions - the curtains were torn and my mom wasn't able to close them to keep the morning sunshine from coming in, and the bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. However, it was checkout and the cleaning ladies was conveniently cleaning the room across from ours so she came in and cleaned it for us.
