「The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. 」

「The room I stayed was very old and extremely dirty. I had to clean the toiletries shelves twice to get rid of the surface dirt and dust. The cloth hanging pole was also very dirty and had to clean before I used it. Bed sheet stain, luckily I brought disposable travel sheet. 2nd day I changed room course the refrigerator was ramping noises that disturbed my previous night sleep.
