「Very clean room. Personable staff. Valet staff very friendly and helpful. State Farm Arena close by and easily walked. Several restaurants with walking distance. Our favorite place for breakfast was the mall nearby about a 6 minute walk had a super good Cuban restaurant that served wonderful breakfast!! And very reasonable!!Next trip to Atlanta we’re going there to eat!!! 」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that...

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」
