「Good morning, First, the front desk staff, Tiffany, Drea, was excellent. We arrived at 4:15 PM. To check in but the room was not ready. We waited until 5:45 PM and the was Suite 384. We unpacked, turned on the TV and found out the Internet was not working in the room. Called the front desk. Tiffany answered and stated she needed to move us to another room 362. 「Good hotel for area. Breakfast was good & parking was good. 」

「Place was very nice and in good condition even though it has not been fully redone. Bed was awesome. Water is shower nice and hot. Tub was not very nice - could not take a bath as the plug was missing and the tub really needed to be replaced. Rugs were not vaccumed well. Kikja and Dennis at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the weekday breakfast attendent was super nice. 「The carpet in the room was dirty and had a big stain on it. One of the walls had black crayon all over it. The ATM was out of service.」

「The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel.」
