「The bathroom door is damaged can't even close or open . I need to call them to fix it . It takes about 1 hour to fix . They charge double on my credit card . I call them 1 week ago but till now still don't see My refund I need to call again today and They said a manager will call Me . I check in 6/27 check out 6/28 today is 7/9 still have no response yet .」
