"The rooms had a funky smell to it. Had a smell of smoking and mildew. Turned on the AC to get rid of it but did not work. "

"The Hyatt Regency was a very nice property. I loved that I could get a coffee or a snack during off hours in the lobby cafe. "

"Fabulous Sean Michael and bar staff and manager at Bar 210!! Very big on customer service here from check in to check out! Beware 200.00 hold on debit cards for incidentals though. They don’t advise when booking. Small detail though. Rest of stay was excellent!"

"The property was over all very nice and clean. The rooms can use a bit of upgrading. The housekeeper also have a habit of knocking on the doors hours before check out, which is a bit annoying if your looking to sleep in a bit. "

"Unfortunately my stay was during the city wide water outage. This was totally out of the hotel's control. They immediately kicked into action and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible"

"We were in town for an event at the Arts Center. The Starling was a perfect location - an easy walk to the venue with plenty of restaurants for pre and post show dining and drinks. Be aware, the hotel bar turns into a dance club on Saturday nights. For some travelers that's a pro, for others it might be a con. "

"This was a very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. The location was great and many shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The exercise room was great! The only thing missing was a complimentary continental breakfast. I would stay here again!"
