The property was conveniently located to the Georgia Aquarium. We called for them to bring an iron to the room, it never arrived. We continued on with wrinkles. The air conditioning wasn’t working, I was sweating, we called to have someone fix it, and they did send someone very quickly, however, it didn’t fix the problem. At that point it was too late to do anything else, so we stuck it out. I informed guest services in the morning, and we were checking out annyway… so it was more for the next guests’ benefit. The customer relations rep was friendly and said she would notify management, but I didn’t hear back. The tile in the shower was filled with mildew. Tub and the rest of the bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. Just didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, nor the 9.0 reviews
It got on Expedia, that I based my booking on. Valet was quick. Restaurant in the lobby for breakfast had good service, and food was ok. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again unless it was an AMAZING deal. Sad because I wanted to love it.
