In all of my years of hospitality stays, I would rank the staff at the Hotel Phoenix as the very best! The rooms are also some of the very best as well with a very refined attention to detail at every level. This property is definitely one I would stay at again.

Well maintained and extremely clean property with very friendly staff. Location was amazing and close to major landmarks, such as MB Stadium, State Farm Arena, ATL Airport and other places. Note that currently there's ongoing constructions in the surrounding areas, so some streets are blocked off. If you take a Waymo, it might be difficult to navigate to and from the hotel.

If you’re planning a stay in Atlanta, I highly recommend the Phoenix Hotel. The level of customer service was exceptional, truly above and beyond from start to finish. The property and rooms were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal, the ambiance is effortlessly stylish, and every detail from the temperature to the overall experience was thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great team of staff at Hotel Phoenix…especially Ngan, she was super friendly and even upgraded our suite, so my 10 year old, could get a terrace to plane spot. The accommodations were superb with a very comfortable bed and great views of the whole city. Being right beside the Mercedes-Benz stadium made it convenient to walk to the soccer game. Great experience and looking forward to returning! Thanks Hotel Phoenix team!

The hotel is new and the room was clean. However the surroundings are incredibly noisy. There's building construction next door from early morning to after midnight, and the hotel is next to a railroad line with round the clock cargo trains.
