"my room was dirty! the microwave had stains from someone’s food and the floor was leaking near the bathroom plus the toilet was dirty "

"The beds are terrible. We stayed three nights and had backaches every morning. There is a good 1/4 or more crack between the door and the door jamb through which light shines through at night. The walls and adjoining doors between rooms are not sound proof. If you have very loud neighbors you will hear every word they say. If you can sleep through all of that you should be fine. The amenities are fine and it is very clean. Breakfast is good too. "
