House keeper keep knocking at your door @7:30 am check out not till 11:00am!! That was horrible couldn’t get enough sleep..I went in the hotel and they tried to charge me a double room said they don’t have king but I did it online it was cheaper and they had king!!Experience wasn’t what I expected!!!

Convenient and friendly

The shower was a little difficult to work and tub was a little dirty. The bathroom light over the mirror went out but it was addressed right away so that was good. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service all around. Hotel was a great location for our stay.

The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Transportation was excellent. MARTA is 5 minutes walk from the facility. Various food options within close proximity to the facility. As always Courtyard by Narriott is comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean and fresh( major for me).

Overall stay was nice. I had two issues first one was when checking in nighttime clerk was not at the desk. After waiting for approximately five minutes, had to call to inform the clerk I was outside, trying to check in. Also blanket was dirty, but the housekeeping came in resolve my issue. The location of the hotel is very ideal. Lots of eateries and things to do nearby. Would come back and stay again.
