"I loved the hotel the car service I did not like and I was not treated with respect and I got trip protection and my flight was delayed till the next day by the airline and I was not reimbursed as I was suppose to be. "

"The rooms only have 2 lights. One in bathroom and one in bedroom that is super super dim and can’t hardly see anything. Couldn’t make it on our first night due to flight delays and Freehand wouldn’t reimburse it and they take so long to pick up for customer service. The rooms are much smaller than described and heater/ac does not work at all. Nightstand doesn’t work and bathroom tiles are peeling and gets on your feet. Definitely not safe to walk barefooted."
