「I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

「The property was clean except for the carpet in the bedroom. The staff at front office was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach, only to cross the street. Faccio Pizza was amazing, the food, the staff and the drinks. Loved it. Emigrante Gastrobar not good at all, including the staff not welcoming at all. Our stay was a 7 out of ten.」

「The check in process and the customer service was great. The pool area was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious. It is close to restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is older and needs some updating, which they were working on while we were there. There was hair from previous guest in the beds and bathroom. I always travel with my own cleaning products and disposal sheets for instances such as these. We only stayed one night due to a flight layover. It was only a 7...
