「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」

「Good very nice 」

「The food had limited variety. Who week basically the same menu. The drinks were most likely the cheapest. our room had 4 shot dispensers but 0 bottles. The mini fridge was stacked with only 2 tiny beers and 3-4 pops. Its was ok, but have we known this ahead of time might have chosen a different hotel with a little more variety.」
