「The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted.」

「Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.」

「We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well.」

「The front desk staff were wonderful. The cabins were so cozy and probably some of the best beds I've slept in. Indoor pool was a favorite for the kids in addition to the toasting of marshmallows. 」

「Very comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. Everyone that works there is very helpful and kind. Love to hear about the history of the farm in Black Mountain ski area. So glad it is increasing and popularity and as we left today, they were grooming the trails and people were pulling in the parking lot to do some spring skiing. Simply amazing amazing!」

「Breakfast is charged separately, with limited variety and high price. There is a water bar on each floor that provides drinks and snacks, but it will be charged at USD 35 per day in the room rate. In short, it is not cost-effective.」
