Hot tub room was ok. Hot tub was an older model and was not very comfortable to sit in. We barely used it. Also we should have realized that it would make the room stink of chlorine. We had to sleep with the windows open. The bathroom also didn’t have a tub only a shower stall. I was not a fan of that especially since there was no warning of that in any of the photos on the website. Large room comfy bed otherwise. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Great location. Don’t bother getting the hot tub room though.

It’s a little old and dated, but it has everything I need. As someone who frequently travels to the area for recreation, this place is one of my go-to places to stay. Balcony rooms are always reasonably priced, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Even though i paid for a deluxe room with a fireplace it was occupied, ended up with an average room, which of course was less money i mentioned that and asked for compensation , there was none, said i should have booked direct with them.

Room was very clean and spacious. Very convenient location to Attitash, Wildcat, and Jackson Village. Staff was attentive. We had an issue with our fire alarm going off and they fixed it right away. Continental breakfast was more substantial than I expected. I would definitely stay here again!
