"Unit was very clean, well decorated and in the perfect location!! I love the mix of Spanish style with modern more eclectic feel. It had a good size balcony and the outside terrace and building itself really said OLD SAN JUAN. I loved my stay with bear. Very responsive and no issues at all with check in. "

"When I arrived the room was okay needed sweep and mopping but very nice for the price and location. Was not happy with the quality of the house keeping I arrived on may 4th till the 14th and never had my bed sheets changed had to go get towels and toilet paper from the main office removed my own trash air conditioner was great and parking was available but not clean or close to the room "

"It's perfectly located for an overnight in Old San Juan. Close to everything. I wouldn't stay more than a night though. Our room had no windows, we weren't expecting that. Everything else was great."

"Everything would be great if they had more towels, I checked in with 3 guest and I only had two towel in the room and asked for more towels and the lady asked me when I was I checking out, what do you mean I need a towel per person then we had to wait because they were washing them, the pool towel same thing they did not have any available we also had to wait so I had to walk in dripping wet to get towels when they were done washing them and the one was ripped along the side other then that hotel was clean and easy to get in and out of but a let down will not be back "
