「This place is terrible. Not enough staff, unhelpful staff (no offer to help with luggage etc.), check in process was slow, room was unclean and it’s run down. Just a weird vibe and I’d never stay here again. 」

「This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. 」

「The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. 」

「Wij vonden het heel fijn dat het een "kleine" accommodatie was, met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor de gasten. Zonder uitzondering was het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij de omschrijving was het duidelijk dat er bijvoorbeeld bij het zwembad geluidsoverlast was door het verkeer. Een grote plus voor ons was het zoutwater zwembad en de tuin. Ontbijt & diner waren goed! Voldoende keuze en afwisseling. Bij avondeten (gelukkig) ook voldoende groenten. Centrale ligging aan de wat...

「Rien a dire, tout était parfait」

「Aivan loistava huoneisto. Kun saavuttiin paikalle, meitä oltiin vastassa ja saatiin kattava esittely huoneistosta. Huoneisto sijaitsee noin kilometrin päässä Funchalin keskustasta korkealla kattojen yllä. Aamuisin oli ihanaa seurata kaupungin heräämistä, sillä näkymä oli huikea kaupungin yli, merelle saakka. Ainoa huomionarvoinen asia on se, että tie keskustaan on alamäkeä ja takaisin jyrkkää nousua. Menimme kävellen keskustaan ja tulimme toisinaan taksilla takaisin ylös, joka maksoi keskustasta...

「Hotel is in very good location and has a parking garage. The parking is paid per day but the nearby parking is very limited or the same price, so it's worth it. The furniture is older but in good condition. I did not like the breakfast options, there are fruits, eggs, ham, sausages, some fresh juices but no vegetables. Excellent fruits though. 」

Listened to us and found the right tours and places for us to visit ant to eat. She is a total credit to the hotel. 🙏」
