"Very happy we chose Palheira Village for our stay. The place exceeded our expectations with beautiful views, large rooms and house was very clean. The heated swimming pool was perfect and the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and responsive. The restaurant at the golf course near by had great food and service and the views were amazing. I highly recommend this place and will be rebooking here whenever I visit Madeira. My only wish was that the homes had basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and oil."

"The room was a little dated but really about what we expected for what we paid and seemed like very good value overall. Albeit small, was nice to have a pool and the facilities in our room allowed us to be self-sufficient as there were stores and car rentals very close by. Great location. "

"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."
