「Before I came to Madeira, I was a little worried that maybe it would let me down. But when j arrived this island, the Sunshine the sea made me so happy! I like this hotel so much, peaceful and beautiful! from the hotel. You can see the sea! The beautiful view! And five star service! And the bar has performance on Thursday! It's really nice! And you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch near the sea! The design of hotel is perfect and there is also a nog beautiful swimming pool and gym! I like it!」

「1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。」

「This hotel met our needs - clean and pleasant rooms, good beds, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. We were not pleased with the coffee service, nor did we find the lack of parking near by the hotel helpful. We were especially pleased with the assistance the front desk staff offered us around our very early departure and treansportation to the airport.」

「Komfortabelt og fint hotell. Utsikten er fin, og bakken fra havnivå og opp er ikke så ille. Veldig god og variert frokost. Nydelige rom og veldig komfortabel seng (de har en egen meny for puter). Deilig spaområde med basseng, boblebad og div badstuer. Trivelig barområde med flinke musikere på kveldstid. Det eneste som ikke var bra var pastaen vi bestilte som roomservice (smakløs og kjip). Totalinntrykket er imidlertid at dette er hotell vi vil tilbake til.」

「Das Hotel ist an der Küste gelegen, so dass wir sowohl im Pool, als auch im Atlantik schwimmen konnten. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, abends gab es unterschiedliche Musikvorführungen, was sehr schön war」

「La chambre a une vue exceptionnelle sur la piscine et l’océan. Le lit est fait chaque jour mais pas d’aspirateur. Au bout d’une semaine, le sol n’est plus très propre. La baignoire présente des traces de rouillés et les flexibles de douche fuient de partout. Inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles.」

「We waren wat vroeger in het hotel en mochten gelijk naar onze kamer. Prima kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en zee. Ik had bij de boeking gelezen dat we een welkomstdrankje zouden krijgen, dat klopte maar ik moest er om vragen. Toen we ‘s avonds naar bed wilden gaan merkten we dat aan 1 kant van het bed een rare geur was. Er is een kleed naast het bed en toen we wat beter probeerden om de geur te duiden, moest het haast wel een urinegeur zijn. Zo konden we echt niet slapen en we zijn naar...
